Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that once your purchased is shipped, we cannot control the length of time it takes to reach you.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment to follow its progress once shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use Australia Post as our main method of shipping.  Costs of shipping are as follows:

  • Orders up to $150 (Excluding scooters and bulky items)
    • Standard postage within Australia by Australia Post – $10.00
    • Express postage within Australia Australia Post - $18.95
  • Orders $150 and over (Excluding scooters and bulky items)
    • Standard postage within Australia by Australia Post – Free
    • Express postage within Australia Australia Post - $8.95
  • Scooters and bulky items
    • Contact Scooter Bro's directly 

We post to PO Boxes (excluding scooters and bulky items) as well as street addresses.

Damages

Scooter Bro's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
